The Law Offices of Elizabeth “Booka” Smith, LLC specializes in representing executive and professional individuals who find themselves embroiled in employment and business-related difficulties, disputes, and litigation. Ms. Smith is also a graduate of the National Trial Lawyers Association and has first-chaired and won several jury trials in State and federal courts.
In addition to her passion for the law, Ms. Smith is passionate about alpine ski-racing. Ms. Smith raced for Loveland Ski Club during her high school years while attending Colorado Academy and went on to ski race for Bowdoin College (Brunswick, Maine). Ms. Smith has coached ski-racing for over fifteen (15) years and is an L300 United States Ski Association Certified Coach. In August 2022, Ms. Smith accepted a full-time position with Loveland Ski Club (LSC) as Head Programs Director & Alpine FIS Coach. LSC is a 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable company organized for the purpose of providing alpine skiers with the skills necessary to develop their highest individual potential through a fun, safe and professional skiing environment. LSC currently has Alpine Ski Racing and Big Mountain Competition programs with athlete members ranging in ages five (5) years to sixty plus (60+) years old.
